Psalm 64

PRAY

For the month of March 2024 we will be using a portion of Psalm 103 each day to guide our prayers. 

Psalm 103:13-14

As a father shows compassion to his children,
so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him.
For he knows our frame;
he remembers that we are dust.

In Matthew 6:9 Jesus begins the words of his model prayer with "Our Father..." Thank God today that you can call him "Father." Thank him that he has shown compassion to you through his Son Jesus Christ. Ask God to give you a heart that fears him (that adores him with reverence and awe). Remember that God knows your weaknesses, your sins, your fears, and your frailties. Cast your burdens on him today and trust in his kind mercies.
