Genesis 3:1-15 - He Shall Bruise Your Head

In verse 1, God says he will show Abraham a promised land. Was this land meant to be the whole fulfillment of the promise, or was it merely a shadow of something eternal (see Hebrews 11:9-10)? How should this affect the way we live today?

Regarding the end of verse 3, to what extent are “all the families of the earth” blessed through Abraham? How does this point to Jesus?

Hebrews 11:8 says that it was “by faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go.” How does faith fuel our obedience?

God blessed Abraham to bless others. How can we intentionally use God’s blessings toward us to bless others today?

As a faith group, how can we be praying for one another to step out in obedience by faith in this season of life?
