PRAY

Romans 8:26-27

“Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.”

Pray for God to search your heart today and take some time to pour out your deepest burdens to him. Even if you struggle to put into words what those burdens are, ask God to know your heart and meet your needs and the needs of others that are on your heart. Trust that your Heavenly Father knows what you need before you ask (Matthew 6:8) and will meet every need according to his will.

You can also take some time bring these things before the Lord.
