For the month of June 2024, we will be using meditations on Psalm 23:1-2 for our prayer guide each day.  

“for his name’s sake.” – Meditate upon God’s glory. He does all things for the glory of his name that you may delight in him. As John Piper says, “God is most glorified in us, when we are most satisfied in him.”   

You can also take some time bring these things before the Lord.

• What does “working out our own salvation” mean? 
• If it is God working in us, why are we called to work? 
• Why is grumbling and disputing harmful for a Christian’s testimony? 
• How do we “hold fast to the Word of Life”? 
• How do verses 12-18 lead to a Christian’s joy?
