Stop by our welcome center in the main foyer to ask questions and get connected on your first few visits to Faith Baptist. We would also love to give you a packet of information and a free book called “The Gospel: How the Church Portrays the Beauty of Christ” by Ray Ortlund Jr. as a thank-you gift for visiting.
To allow you better focus on Sunday morning, nursery, Sunday school and Children’s Story Time are available.
Children, birth through age 3, can be dropped off in the nursery before each service and Faith University, our Sunday school hour. The nursery entrance is located on the east side of the main lobby area. Qualified caregivers look forward to making sure your kids have a safe and enjoyable time. A nursing mother’s room is available in the church nursery, and a cry room is located at the back of the worship center for parents and their children during the Sunday service.
Kids from ages 3 to 5 can head upstairs to our classroom area (Room 203 or 204) to participate in age-specific crafts, games and gospel-centered stories. Kids in this age group join all of us in the worship center for the opening of the service before being dismissed. If you are unsure of which classroom your child should go to, please ask an usher at the back of the worship center.
You will find that the dress at Faith Baptist is diverse. You will see a little bit of everything from dresses and dress coats to jeans and t-shirts on a Sunday morning. Please wear what is comfortable for you.
There are no stairs leading up to our main entrance and accessible parking spaces are available outside the main (west) entrance. Several seating areas at the rear of the worship center are reserved for wheelchairs and space is available for walkers and other accessibility equipment. An usher will be more than willing to help you find a spot.
Our worship services are filled with biblically-rich, gospel-centered songs. Our music combines both modern and time-tested songs led by our praise band. Readings of Scripture are always inter-mingled with our singing. We also worship God each week through giving; however, guests should not feel obligated to give.
At Faith Baptist, we celebrate The Lord’s Supper (Communion) generally on the first Sunday of every month. All followers of Jesus are welcome to join us in remembering Christ’s death in this special way.
After the service, prayer partners and pastors are available to pray with you. They are also happy to answer any questions you might have.
When you attend Faith Baptist you are going to learn from the Bible. Each week we preach for 30 to 35 minutes through a passage of Scripture. Our pastors are committed to helping you understand what the Bible is saying and apply the truths of God’s Word to your life.
